I got this for my blind cousin, and he loves it! He had a clock in his bedroom that would speak the time, but he always wanted a watch he could wear that speaks the time.This is a really neat device, and he now takes it with him everywhere he goes, and beams when someone asks him, 'Hey, do you have the time?"Of course, nowadays everyone has a cell phone so we know the time. But we love seeing the big smile on his face when he can share the time with us now.Really nice watch, and not too expensive.

The watch came with easy to read instructions, in large font. I guess they knew people with vision problems needed big print. The watch was already working straight out of the box, but I did have to set it to Central Time. It was interesting having the watch talk to me to go through a menu. The voice is a bit distorted, but so far we can make it out.The watch face is very large and very easy to read. We got this for our daughter who has a slight learning disability. The voice helps to reinforce what the watch face says for the time. She also likes the band very much, even though she got a “Man’s” watch. She was able to tighten it on her wrist. We are keeping the instruction as it will need a reset when Day Light Savings changes.Update: My daughter is use to water resistant watches. This one is not. It has stopped functioning - we believe because of water. She may have dunked it briefly in a chicken water bucket and certainly got it wet while washing her hands. We are trying to dry it out to get if working again.
